1a. Click "DOWNLOAD NOW" on order confirmation page [more]

2. iPAD users click "Open in iBooks" [more]

1. From the home screen click "Library" [more]

2. Click "Add book" [more]

3. Select the e-book and click "Open" [more]

1. Connect Kindle Fire to PC with USB cable [more]

Note: When connecting your Kindle for the first time, follow your computer's on-screen instructions first.

2. In File Explorer select the e-book and copy to the Kindle Fire books folder [more]

1. Connect iPAD to PC/MAC with USB cable [more]

2. Open iTunes and add e-book to Library

3. Copy e-book from Library to Device [more]

1. Open "Your downloads are ready" email

2. Click the download link [more]

3. Click "DOWNLOAD FILE"

4. Select "Open with File Explorer" [more]

5. Click "Extract all files" [more]

6. Select destination, then click "Extract" [more]

7. Follow appropriate steps above
